Inside Sales Development Specialist
Location: Redditch (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £38,500 DOE + Competitive Benefits

What You'll Be Doing:
- Building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Engaging new customers through targeted campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Managing inbound leads, assessing potential, and ensuring swift follow-ups for maximum conversion.
- Identifying opportunities to convert customers from competitor products and increase market share.
- Tracking and progressing warm leads through collaboration with sales and channel partners.
- Maintaining and optimizing the CRM system (Salesforce) to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Supporting sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
What Our Client Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in internal sales or customer service within an industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss technical specifications.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred).
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
