About the Role:
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production workflows, optimal resource utilisation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You'll bring your leadership expertise to manage cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in achieving strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Leadership: Manage manufacturing processes to meet schedules, maintain quality, and optimise resources.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Quality & Compliance: Work with the Quality Team to ensure all operations exceed regulatory standards.
• Health & Safety: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Supply Chain Management: Collaborate to streamline inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.
• KPI Reporting: Monitor budgets and performance metrics, delivering insights to senior leadership.

About You:
You'll bring proven experience in manufacturing operations management, a deep understanding of lean principles, and a results-driven mindset. Key skills include:

• Leadership and team management in a complex manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP and production planning systems.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.

This position is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Alcester, Studley, South Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Kidderminster and Stourbridge.
