Quality Manager Required
📍 Location: Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire (commutable from Peterborough, March, Huntingdon, Wisbech, Stamford, Ely)
💰 Salary: £40,000 per annum + Benefits
📅 Working Hours: Days - Full-time
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee product quality, manage ISO9001:2015 compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Manage ISO9001:2015 certification and ensure compliance.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and returns.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and quality costs.
- Oversee calibration, quality documentation, and production audits.
- Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring high performance.
- Monitor key quality KPIs, including Right First Time (RFT) and OEE losses.
What Our Client is Looking For:
✅ Essential:
- Experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and quality systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing quality team.
✅ Desirable:
- Experience in PPAP, FMEA, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of customer audits and compliance.
