2013
Since our launch in September 2013,
we have established ourselves as one of
the most successful recruitment suppliers in the industry
- Co-Founders Salman Iftekhar and Michael Gadsby launch Staffing Match
- First branch opens in Hounslow, West London with a team of 4
- Our specialist sectors Aviation, Warehouse and Logistics
- We become airside signatories for Heathrow and Gatwick
2014
- New sites acquired, Staffing Match Head Office launches in Feltham, West London.
- Staffing Match branch network expands with openings across the south of England
- Staffing Match form a strong relationship with H.E.A.T Foundation, a charity which supports poverty stricken young children in countries less fortunate, by providing basic education and medical needs
2015
- Staffing Match wins Local Business Awards 2015, Entrepreneur of the Year and Best New Business
- Staffing Match now employs over 30 staff
- Staffing Match wins a major new client and the expansion continues, seeing 3 new branch openings in the Midlands
- We introduce new divisions and sectors to our portfolio Hospitality, Permanent Placements and Engineering
- Staffing Match launches operations in-Frankfurt, Germany, due to the success of a UK account
- Total flex employees payrolled
- Temps payrolled: 1807
2016
- Staffing Match growth in Germany continues by opening in Munich
- Staffing Match launches their Managed Services operation.
- Total flex employees payrolled 2456
2017
- Staffing Match hires Business Director & Shareholder, Dan Carlin to manage their core operations within the UK
- First fully Managed Services Driving Account implemented
- Coporate Board assembled
- Total flex employees payrolled 4234
- Staffing Match now employs 55 staff
2018
- We launch our training division, Training Match
- Staffing Match open in the north of England, due to the success of a national account
- Total flex employees payrolled 6756
- Further 3 branches opening across the South West and Midlands
2019
- Due to new business wins, Staffing Match open a further 3 branches in the Midlands and the North of England
- Staffing Match now provide over 3000 temporary and recruit over 150 permanent staff to over 130 clients
